The CONWE Terms of Service

Effective date: 22 October 2026

Welcome to The CONWE (the website theconwe.com and The CONWE app; "we", "us" or "the service"). By using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

The service provides property-related tools and information, including searching and listing properties, chat, viewing appointments, service requests and dispatch (BSM), quick capture, property income and expense records with owner monthly reports, market information, prediction practice, a personality assessment, a shop and charity features.

We provide the platform and tools. We are not the owner, buyer, seller, agent or a party to any transaction. Rentals, sales and service arrangements between users are negotiated by and are the responsibility of those users.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Information you provide must be true and accurate, and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once if you notice unauthorised use.
• Managers of a company account are responsible for the permissions and actions of its members.

3. Plans and payments

• Signing up and basic features are free. Some features need a paid plan: personal paid membership US$30 per month; company plan (5 members) US$69.99 per month or US$699.99 per year. Any price change will be announced in advance.
• In-app subscriptions are paid through Google Play or the Apple App Store and billed by that store. The first month is a free trial; after it, the chosen plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the subscription settings of Google Play or the App Store, and keep access until the end of the current period. Refunds follow the store’s policy.
• Bank transfer or cash on the website: the plan is activated after we confirm the payment, for the period actually paid.
• Unless the law or these terms provide otherwise, a paid period that has started is not refunded pro rata.

4. Your content

• You keep the rights to the property details, photos, messages and other content you upload (“your content”).
• So that we can provide and improve the service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, display and transmit your content. When you delete content or your account, this licence ends after a reasonable processing period, except for content already shared with others or that the law requires us to keep.
• You confirm that you have the right to upload your content and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• list false, misleading, duplicate or no-longer-available properties, or impersonate another person or property;
• harass, threaten or defraud others, or send spam;
• upload unlawful, infringing, pornographic, violent or discriminatory content;
• collect other users’ data without consent;
• interfere with, break into, mass-scrape or bypass the security and permission controls of the service;
• use the service for money laundering or other unlawful transactions.

6. Listings and transactions

Listings are provided by users. We review them reasonably but do not guarantee that information is complete or correct or that a property is available. Before signing, paying or moving in, check the property, ownership documents and the other party’s identity yourself. Viewings, rentals, sales and services, and payment for them, are the responsibility of the parties.

7. Market information and predictions

Market information is a summary of public news, partly written by AI; the original article prevails, and nothing in it is investment, legal or financial advice. Predictions are for practice only and use free points that have no cash value and cannot be bought, transferred or exchanged.

8. Third-party services

The service links to or uses third-party services (for example maps, app store payments and news sources). Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

9. Intellectual property

The software, design, marks and content of the service (other than your content) belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy, modify or use them commercially without permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for losses arising from transactions between users, user content or third-party services.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or close your account if you break these terms or the law, or to protect other users and the service. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion in “My account”.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by negotiation; otherwise, and without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules, disputes go to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Changes are published on this page with a new effective date; for significant changes we will tell you on the website or by email. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the changed terms.

14. Language

These terms are available in Chinese, English and Khmer. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
